Found this recipe and I think I'll try it out on Saturday. It got pretty good reviews and it sounds good.

Went out and bought a Dutch Oven today.

The recipe forgot to say to add oil to the pot first when browning the meat to prevent sticking.

usually if you commit to not trying to move it for a couple minutes it will brown a crust and release on its own.

LOL went to the "print" option and it shows the nutritional info.

One serving has 160% of the RDA for sodium...89% of the RDA for fat...96% of the RDA for saturated fat...and 98% of the RDA for cholesterol.

 That'll send the food police into a tizzy!

I like corned beef okay, but I LOVE corned beef hash. Our St Pat's corned beef was mostly consumed the next day as corned beef hash. Last week I purchased another corned beef, and intended to cook it this weekend but forgot. My intention it to cook it. Put it into the refrigerator over-night and then make corned beef hash from the whole thing!

Not a huge fan of fried eggs, but fried eggs over corned beef hash... :eat:
