Couldn't sleep.......So, what is the best way to practice for the GSSF in an indoor range?

Best bet is to get some D-1 targets and practice at 25 yards, starting each string from a low-ready position.

in addition to practicing on a 25 yard D1, i also practice from low ready to the 1st 2 shots (for 5 to glock and glock m)....which means from low ready to 2 shots at 5 yards, and low ready to 2 shots at 10 yards.

for the plates, i staple 2 paper plates about 18 inches apart on cardboard at about 33 feet and shoot left/right/left/right/left/right. to get a proper time measurement, i add 1 second for each miss.
