Want to take a moment and thank DONNA at GSSF. I submitted my 2 yr application today and had a few questions about signing up for the match in Orlando, FL in 2012. I have never shot competition before and likely asked some pretty dumb questions. DONNA was fabulous over the phone walking me through the website, rules, gun offerings, etc. Rarely do you find someone willing to help with the patience DONNA showed. So many times all people do is b*tch and complain about things on these boards. Well, here is a big thumbs up :thumbsup: and thank you to DONNA at GSSF.

Thanks to Donna and the rest of the staff is always in order. Without their hard work what would we be talking about right now, I don't know but I can gaurantee you it wouldn't be GSSF. In other words they are the ones that make it all happen!

I sent in my application yesterday via fax with a bold AC on the top so I could enroll in the armorers class. Figured It would take awhile to get my membership information and so on before I could enroll.

Well Donna emailed me about 45 mins. after I sent in my fax, saying she had contacted the training department and let them know I was a pending member and let me enroll in the AC class.

I'm glad she took the extra steps as there are only two classes within the next year that are semi close to where I live. So thankfully I'm now all signed up and ready to attend next March!

So jumping on the THANK YOU Donna band wagon!

Donna as with all the GSSF folks do a great job. I just wish folks who want to critisize them just understood how hard this very small crew works so we can have a great time on the range. And they keep being asked to do more with less. We should be thankful we have such a dedicated crew at GSSF.

I agree Don, I see people constantly talking about how long this or that takes and I guess they think their are tons of people working at the GSSF office's. Obviously there isn't and if a new guy like me can be patient then I think everyone else can learn also.

I sent Donna an email this morning checking on the status of my membership and within 30 minutes she returned the mail with my membership number. Wow, that is very good service to me. In addition to that she wished me good luck with my first match.

I just got my E-mail from Donna A ++ there are only 5 office personnel at GSSF that is why the membership packets take up tp 3 weeks to arrive

Well, Donna has a personal Glock e-mail address, but I don't think that's encouraged. GSSF folks other than Donna can read [email protected] and act on it if necessary. I guess some days it ain't necessary! Must be my deodorant! :shocked:
