I have a G34 and I am interested in shooting my first GSSF match.

I have been on the GSSF Online web-site and I can't seem to find a section that tells me what enhancements/upgrades are allowed in the Competition division.

Can someone help me out? I am mainly interested whether I have to replace my extended tungsten un-captured guiderod/13 pound spring combination with the factory guiderod and spring.

    Thanks,

    Cor

The only category where the modifications you mentioned are allowed is: Unlimited Masters. ALL other categories are for stock guns with very few exceptions. One modification allowed is changing the stock sights and replacing them with other notch and post style sights such as Heinies or Bo-mars. Cannot be Ghost Ring or light gathering such as Hi-Vis.

So to answer your main question directly: Yes you will have to remove your Tungsten guiderod and lighter spring and reinstall your stock spring and guiderod.
