I've been contemplating joining the GSSF and having a go at the competitions... All my current glocks would put me in unlimited class, and I know I wouldn't stand a chance in hell competitively... I was thinking of picking up a G17. Being that they allow A grips and certain grip sleves, would it be an infraction to have a Bar-sto grip reduction done? I know it alters the geometry of a part, but it's not really something that would greatly improve your shooting like some internal mods are capable of... The rules stated that refinishing of slides was acceptable, just wanted to know the same about the reciever... Thanks guys!

Based on previous conversations here on this subject I think everyone agreed that this mod is not legal in any Stock Classes. There is a lot of difference between changing the color of the Glock and changing the entire geometry of it.
