When they say "24 Side Panels", does 1 "Side Panel" cover an entire pmag side or do you need 4 per side?

Four per side. One order will work with 3 Pmags, unless you decide to go with 3 or 2 per side.

Or just get out a wood burning tool and stipple them. Not hard and better than sticking things to them IMO.

Skateboard tape or even good ole duct tape wrapped a few times will do unless you need the aesthetics of the pretty squares which cost you $0.67 per.

I have had good luck with safety tape. Put it on my glocks and pmags. It lasts a long time, and you can find it at home depot.

If not Home Depot then Walmart. Regular electrical tape is plenty grippy.
