Anyone know if I can install a plastic back strap insert (plug) and still be considered stock for the GSSF competitions? These are the plugs that help keep dirt and debris out of the hollow channel on glock frames.
Rules sound like since they haven't ever been offered by GLOCK...then no, but I'm not sure.

    Thanks in advance.

I'm pretty certain they are against the rules. However, since they offer no advantage whatsoever in the GSSF matches(other than possibly keeping debris out of your gun) I doubt anyone would say anything. Do you like to abide by the letter of the rules or do you stretch things? I would recommend you take it out for the match. Especially if you are taking your gun to the armorer for him to take a look at for any reason. MLM

I'll just take it out prior to any matches to be safe. Thanks.
