great salmon

    I salted and peppered the pieces then wrapped them in romaine leaves.

    Heated a cast iron frying pan with a little oil in medium high.

    I cooked the fish with a lid on for 5 min on the first side turned them over and gave it 5 min on the other side.

    It was very good.

    I perfer baked or smoke.

    Marinate the fillet with light olive or extra vigin olive or sesame seed oil. Coat the fillet with either oregano, chopped &dried dillweed or thyme and bake/smoke till will done. When Baking I like to add a wedge of butter on the top.

    Eat this with a good pasta serving and a good swallow of red table wine and you have a good meal.;f

    see the other posting on farm raised salmon. If you get a chance to buy wild salmon , try it out. It is great!
