I am really pumped to see how well it integrates with my whole digital life. I am going to be checking my pop 3 email from 4 different locations now. Also I am going to really check out the VPN and VNC stuff on it. Anyone have one?

I wish I had one :crying: I'm assuming your getting the new 3G model? I have a friend with the original and the internet is more annoying (in my opinion) that convinient, as even low-quality youtube videos that are 2 minutes in length take atleast twice as long to buffer.

Even though the new iphones are cheaper, I got a Blackjack JUST before they announced it, which was dissapointing.

Anyway, congrats on a great phone. Make sure to post your opinion when it comes in!

I did get the 3g but I started thinking that I really am going to be on wifi like 80% of the time. I mostly got it for the business aspect of it and it helps that my company bought it for me.

I have the original 8 gig iPhone and thought it was the coolest thing ever before. The new 2.0 software is even cooler. Amazing little cheap useful and useless apps for a mobile device. I can VNC into all my Macs, tune my Martin and pretend I have a light saber all from my phone.

I don't have 3G coverage in my area and I just don't see the usefulness of Apple's GPS and maps. I have a "real" GPS in my truck. TomTom, it's said, has a turn-by-turn/voice app in the works. When there's a real GPS app I'll spring for the new phone in a heart beat.
