I'm a huge fan of Canon products, particularly their L lens. Looks like I'm not the only one. Look at all those white L lens!!!!

Nikon announced they were releasing their Nikkors with white bodies, so as to protect the lenses from "warping due to sunlight."

Suuuuuuuuuure they are. I'm sure Nikon can't stand the fact that white lenses signify Canon. So it's time to try and fit in. :)

You know that's a Chevy/Ford thing. Canon has the hottest digital going right now. Nikon blew it bad with the D2H and all the real deal pros jumped ship. I have a shooter buddy at the Boston Globe, they's just bought like 150 D2Hs and then dumped all their Nikon gear for the new Canon. Next year Nikon will come out with the hottest new thing and everybody jumps ship again. It's always been that way.

Sorry, I'm a freelancer, I have to buy my own gear. So as long as my Nikons pay for Glocks, ammo, truck, Macs, food and beer, I'm a Nikon guy.

Those photos are cool. Just seeing that much gear.

If I were made of money I'd dump my Nikons too. Then next year dump my Canons. You know that's the way it works. I'm just not in a position to do that. My D1xs and D100s work just fine and I don't have to buy new glass everytime there's a new big thing. The clients don't give a pluke about what it says on the camera. I'd put my money in a new Mac anyday over new bodies.
