I really like Vtwin sportbikes. The powerband is so nice its addictive. Someday I will sell my FZ1 and get an SV1000S.

Did you get the 650 or 1000cc?

I have been looking at the SV line for a while. Bid on a couple. Test rode a couple. Really like them. Looks great to me! Congrats!

Thats a 650. I like the 650 better. I had a TL-1000S, I have no desire for essentially a watered down version of it (SV-1000).

    Good choice my friend

I have riddent the 1000 but not the 650. I have read GREAT things about the 650 and would like the lower insurance rates than a liter bike.

I love the 90 degree twins -- more challenging and torque.

    Great choice! Have fun!

    Nice scooter BP44!

Ya know, a cheap way to skate around the monkeybutt problem is to get a couple pairs of them padded spandex shorts like the mountainbikers and enduro racers wear. Just wear 'em under your jeans.

It'll give you a fuller, firmer, and more shapely butt... which is a winner with the ladies too.

Nice SV650. I have one myself in my stable of bikes.:hearts:

I've been riding the SV650 all the time recently instead of my bigger/more expensive bikes. The SV650 is pure fun.

I use the padded shorts 100% for off-road racing and trail riding.
