A couple of years ago I bought a little range bag at Topton. It can hold a pistol in the center compartment - had 8 mag pockets on one side - and the other side had 2 pockets that could each hold 2 - 3 boxes of ammo. I wish now that I would have bought a couple of these. Anyone know of a good range bag similiar to this??[IMG]

That's an i-Shot Range Rug, $23.95, comes in four colors. Google should turn up a U R L.

Sounds like the Bagmaster gun tote I bought from Ray at one of the matches.

I actually prefer a backpack, at Lex/Brighton, I got really tired of carrying around guns and ammo for 3 divisions in a shoulder bag.

Got myself a big Targus backpack for carrying a laptop, works really well with compartments for everything. The laptop padded compartment works really well for my UL gun/hard case and ammo, compartment in front of that holds my other 2 guns in soft cases, front zipper pocket is tools, and there's a fold over type mesh compartment in front that holds 3 of my 4mag holders very nicely.

I have to say that I-SHOT is the way to go. Not only are these the best quality bags & under constant improvement, Helmie has done a lot for the shooting sports by donating his time, products and cash to support the shooting sports. Virtually all of us on Team Shooters Paradise GSSF I and II use I-SHOT bags.

I think Best Buy usually has quite a bit of the Targus bags.

They are expensive, but after a few trips to the range with mine I think it was worth it.
