What ever happened to the good old country songs about killing, revenge murder? Remember those? I always thought they were kind of weird but also kind of awesome.
I know there are more, but I just can't place the names. Let me know your favorites. :cowboy::cowboy:

***Edit - Did anybody that needed killin get kilt? That's pretty much the only prerequisite here. If it's not too much trouble, embed a youtube video of the song. And I thank y'all for all the incredible songs posted, this is a great list thus far.

    Bobby Bare - "Millers Cave"

Porter Wagoner - "The Cold Hard Facts of Life"

Off the top of my head, I cannot think of any. I am usually pretty good with music, so this should be good.

How funny would these be to casually play at a wedding rehearsal dinner or something of the sort?

Just for the record - that's not what I am planning on doing. My post just comes across that way.

I believe you, but still find the concept of it funny.
Guy I used to work with, his wife would work a bar/banquet hall on the weekends and therefore worked a bunch of weddings. The best stories I remember off hand were:

#2- Bride gets drunk and a little 'in the mood.' Starts dancing like a stripper, doing a dance for guys other then her husband that were in attendance. One of the wives or girlfriends of the guys she was doing this too was having none of it and her and the bride get into a fight which turns into a bar clearing brawl. A little built up animosity between the families? It could happen. Bride and a few others go from wedding reception to jail.

#1- and it is short because the cause or what led up to this was unknown, it just kind of happened. Early into the reception, while they are all eating dinner, not even to the dancing part or heavy drinking yet, and the bride puts her steak knife clean into the grooms thigh, and then starts punching him in the face. Had to be pulled off of him by the wedding party or she would have killed him. She also left her reception to go to jail.

    Weddings................good times.............
