I was thinking walmart had one that was very close to that price when I looked.

Check out walmart.com or look at the store...it may have been sams club I was thinking of....

Yeah that price is good, but not amazing. If you look around i'm sure you can find a lower price.

I think Sam's Club has them for that price. We spent about $625 for the Vizio 37" 1080p 120hz unit and we are very pleased.

If you're looking at the 60hz unit and don't mind a little blur in your sports related games, go for it. We love ours.

yeah I was not sure what all the numbers meant. Thanks for telling what the hz numbers meant. Maybe I need to do a little homework before I make that final purchase, got my taxes back today too.

I know Consumer Reports rates Vizio as one of the top brands.........year after year.

Sounds like a good deal. I have a rule of thumb on tv's from now on to never buy another RCA. I got burned really bad a couple of years ago on one. A $2K tv that barely lasted till it was out of warranty. Of course with the warranty out they would not stand behind it, but with that kind of investment I was expecting to get more than a year's worth of service.

damn Kentucky.....and those were the days, not so long ago where folks paid a couple grand for what they are paying 500 for now.

yeah, check the Vizio's out.......good things are being said about them.

Your right Peach Girl----it was overpriced from the start. I replaced it with a Toshiba LCD screen at less cost and it has been a good one so far. I also decided to go with the extended warranty this time. Good luck on the Vizio.

    Peach,

I think Costco has that TV for less. Might want to check into it.
