Goldman to Refuse IPOs If All Directors Are White, Straight Men

    All they have to do is have a couple of male directors state that they identify as a woman and they are good to go. If Goldman objects sue them and flog them in social media as not being "woke".

    Soooooo instead of wanting corporations to have a competent board Goldman Sachs wants them to have a colorful gender-confused board instead? Makes no sense to any rational person.

    I'm not saying all, but I shudder to think about the outcome(s) where some 2nd or 3rd tier vice-someone gets promoted and doesn't have the first idea what to do. Bankruptcy and large financial companies laid to waste. God I hope not. I think **** diversity in this instance. It's. just. stupid.

    Time for some good old fashion lawsuits on this one!!

    just hope the judge is “white” lol. Whatever “white” means...

    The NFL needs female running backs . It’s time. Viewership will increase 75% as gamblers and frat boys tune in to see how long it takes for the female to get snapped in half.

    So in other words, according to California state law, it's now not only legal but mandatory to discriminate on the basis of race, gender, or sexual persuasion.

    I personally can't see any difference in what they are doing and if they had said, "we won't work with any company that has a black or a hispanic on the board". Legally it would seem that both of these approaches would be discrimination, Though a liberal woke PC court would probably rule otherwise.

    I had a sizable chunk of money invested in some of their funds (Goldman Sachs and BlackRock)...

    There are other investments to be made where they focus on making me money.... and not on political statements.

    Anyone who works at GS isn’t going to be broke. This will have no effect on their personal finances. Even if they all lose their jobs, which won’t happen, having GS on your resume guarantees you a job just about anywhere.

    The left now controls corporate America. Discrimination against whites is now encouraged and applauded.
