What would a ballpark fair price be for an AR15 with the following attributes: DTI lower, free floated colt heavy barrel, PWS compensator, Midwest Industries flat dark earth (desert) handguards/end ring, vortex red dot sight, magpul desert stock/grip/trigger guard, dark earth (desert) sling/plate. Thanks.

You are asking an overly broad question that would require someone to do a lot of searching on the interwebs. I think this is something you need to do yourself.

Is this a rifle that is already built and you are considering buying, or is this something you are looking to build?

What it's worth and what one person would pay are two different things. In great condition, professionally assembled, the gun you describe would go 1200-1500, depending on locale.

Without taking off my shoes to count my toes, I will estimate $900 used and $1100 new. Kind of an atypical setup of what most buyers are looking for. Hard to tell without more details.

Maybe explain the situation and you will get more accurate answers.

I wouldn't pay more than $800 and likely wouldn't pay that. As mentioned a rifle is worth what your willing to pay for it. Many of those parts are worthless to me so I wouldn't pay for them, detracting it's value to me.
