Thank you Al Gore for your Internet invention! OK, I'm kidding about that; the rest is serious.

Last evening, I snagged the belt clip of my Spyderco Endura on a door latch, and bent it badly. While straightening it, I managed to break it, right through the screw hole.

After a brief GlockTalk search, a Spyderco website visit, and a toll-free call to Spyderco, a new clip is on its way to my door at no charge. The entire ordeal took less than 5 minutes - even after reading a couple unrelated threads that looked interesting. Life is good!

Praise be to GlockTalk and Mike at Spyderco!

I've always had positive experiences when dealing with the folks at Spyderco, whether it was just to send back a blade that needed resharpening, or to smooth out some sharp edges in the thumbhole of my Delica II. Pleasant folks to deal with, and they will treat you right.

I've had to call up Spyderco with a couple of problems. One for a couple of lost screws and one for a lost clip. Both times I was treated courteously and the parts were sent out for free. There's a good reason why so many of my knives are Spydercos! :)
