I'm thinking about getting another Glock (have a 23 in .40) and putting a red dot sight on it. The gun will be for fun, range shooting, and home defense. I was thinking a G31 in .357 Sig or a G20 in 10mm. For the sight I'm thinking something on a Carver hunter mount. The Docters look good and are probably the most practical, but I can't commit to having one melted into the slide (the best way to go I think), I'm leary about the sight traveling with the slide, and I'm leary that they don't have a support center in the U.S.. An Aimpoint would look cool, but they are kind of spendy. I have an Eotech on a rifle and love it, but they seem to be too big for a handgun. I'd like to hear your comments and recommendations for putting a red dot sight on a Glock. Post pictures if you have them. What kind of accuracy can one expect? How do you holster the darn thing? Thanks!
