Bought and shot my 1ST G-30. Last shot a Govt model Colt 45 in the USMC 20 years ago. I ran the tgt out to 25 yds and had all 10 rds on tgt. At 7 yds it was sweet. I love the feel of this weapon, ease of field striping, very manageable recoil. Like riding a bicycle, you never forget. I'm glad I read the many postings regarding the 30, it convinced me I made a wise choice. All those lost years of not smelling burnt gunpowder in the morning!

    Great site, great gun.

Before long you will realize that certain "modifications" may be necessary to improve your experience. Then you will be scouring the GT forums looking for places to recommend the G30 or post about it being the best Glock there is.

I'm glad to hear your purchase fully met your expectations. It's an amazing little pistol.
With just a set of nights sights added, the g30 is the most 'go-anywhere', 'can-do' defensive package around.

    Salute! ;?
