I have enclosed a photo of a target I just shot using Wolf ammo while getting ready for Lexington. It was shot at 25 yds. from a rest. Guess any stray shots are my ability and not the gun/ammo combo.

contrary to popular belief, wolf is pretty decent ammo for the price.

that said, I still prefer the WWB from Wally World

My 17C seems to love the stuff. And that gun(mine anyway) has been known to be picky. My 17C shoots this ammo better than anything else I have tried factory or handload. Was the gun you shot it from compensated? If so, I think the light bullet and powder combo they use has a lot to do with it.

Ben the GlockMeister advises against Wolf & S & B Ammo in Glocks. I think the GlockMeister is a very good source of information. Why he said that about Wolf & S & B I forget, but it had something to do with Quailty Control & Primers..:( :( :( :( :( :(

I know that WOLF is made with steel. I know that American made pistols have extractor problems with steel cases. I will not use WOLF just because I don't want to have my extractor broke.

I swear by it, and the most rcent cases seem less smoky.

Iknow this thread has to do with Wolf, but since AKAPENNYPINCHER mentioned Sellior & Bellot, I'll step in and say that I've shot many thousand (10,000+plus?) S&B through my G19 and G26 and probably about a 1000 more through my G30 without any problem. I shoot it almost exculsively at the range and in classes.
