To those that hate when someone digs up an old thread, this one goes back to before I joined. As far as I'm concerned, it's brand new. Some our members weren't legal seven years ago.

Let's hear about the PPQ 45. I have thought about getting one but I have a 21. How does it compare to the 21?

I thought I felt a disturbance in the force...
That "Glockless" period didn't last all that long. Wound up with a gen3 26 that became my every day truck gun. Then last year I found out about the blue label price program for Vets and ordered a 41 mos. Really like it! Recently traded off the 26 and needed another truck gun. Now have a 19 gen5. Oh, still waiting on the 34 gen5 mos I ordered for this years blue label pricing. Not Glockless...

Well, at least you brought back a 7+ year old thread to say something important. ;)

The search button is for when the girl you're with can't find her undies and the Mrs. is due home any minute.

While going Glock-less for my might be tough given my love for the 10mm options, they are just guns.

And when you resurrect an old thread that is relevant, then sprinkle in a good vocabulary word (like "alexithymia") I am all for seeing historical context and more current takes on it! But I won't be Glock-less any time soon!

You should get what you want. I like Glocks, don't care for the CZs, really like Sigs, 1911s, Browning HPs, and Rugers.

I guess I hit we found your touchy spot. You have a problem with someone commenting on an old thread, but didn't have a problem with yourself responding with a smart*** comment, not once, but twice. Kinda puts you in the same boat doesn't it?

The Gen 5 MOS 19 has kinda rekindled my infatuation with Glock recently.

Still doesn't feel great in my hand (the 19 never has for my hands), but darn does it shoot well for me. Been pushing my 1911s and even my Sig Legion 226 SAO back into the safe and off the CCW belt.

Gonna experiment with a red dot on it soon, see if I like that new fangled electronic laser beam science fiction space stuff or not.

Never been Glockless, and almost certainly never will be. But I have gone from a sh!tload of Glocks...20-something...down to 3-4...and back again...a few times. I do that with a lot of guns...Sigs, Walthers, Rugers, S&Ws, Berettas, CZs...but my appreciation of the Glock platform has been pretty darned consistent over several decades now.

My Glocks haven't gone anywhere but they do mostly sit since I got my new 2.0 M&P's.

It was pretty easy to be Glockless since their advent. It’s even easier today.

I was actually on your side with that comment. The sarcasm was directed to those who have a problem with someone digging up old threads. ;)
