What are your intentions for the gun?

I own a G17 Gen4. If I were you I would wait for the G23 Gen4, it will be out by summer. if it were me a G23 or a G19 would be better for concealed carry. They will both be out by summer in Gen4

Personally I'd look into a G27 if you intend to CC it. I have at least one of all the .40 Glocks and I carry the 27 daily. It is byfar my favorite Glock.

I carry the g22 rtf2 and love it. With the right belt and holster its great. No doubt that a 23 or 19 would probably be a little better for cc, but I love the full size frame. If you have never owned a glock I may start out with the 23. Cant go wrong there. But I personally love my 22 rtf2

I just purchased a G22 Gen 4 for the same reasons, as well as duty carry. Be ready for a long wait. Paid for mine Feb 20th 2010, neither my dealer OR Glock, inc can give me a firm date on delivery. Just the same old "6-8 weeks, sir." :brickwall:

    A wonderful choice though, IMO.
