Talks about Glock will not export their pistols to the Philippines.
Because of some foreign policies which i am not sure what either.
Can anyone confirm?
If this includes parts then i am gonna be screwed if something breaks on my G19.
If this is just a rumor probably because glock sale here are quite high because most newbies are buying glocks(based on my observasion at the range).

you could always buy parts from sites like this, right?
Philippine law doesn't allow us to order online... everything should go thru a registered gun store... any gun parts, even you only by sights, it is considered a firearm. so that means if you need parts legally, you should buy it from a gun store(bummer)

Found a thread about why the rumor about Glock not selling to the Philippines

No Glocks for the next 8 months or so.
Nothing to do with the manufacturer, rather the dilemma of the RP importer.
to make a long story short. the distributor was caught selling to BG's i.e. triad people.
Taiwanese Triad to be exact
