Here's a Glock that I recently stippled for a guy here in Arizona. I undercut the trigger guard and textured.

From what I've learned so far, a soldering iron is generally what's used.

To the OP, if you don't mind me asking, did you use some sort of extra fine tip when doing this? So many others I've seen look like Swiss cheese with much larger marks, the finish on yours looks much finer, almost like sandpaper as far as the texture.

Try the double undercut as well.. One for the weak hand index finger too.
