What front sight would you pair with the glock standard rear sight? I'm going to remove the outline from the rear sight. I find it to be distracting when I shoot quickly.

It may or may not be a night sight but it definitely needs to be prominent and eye-catching. I practice combat/defensive shooting most of the time... not target practice. Any suggestions?

Glock markets a steel sight that is similar to their polymer offering.

I have standard factory rear sight and Ameriglo front night sight on my G19. It's easier to focus on the front sight than the OEM front sight.

I'm using the standard GL-112. I bought mine from Optics Planet $30 shipped (free UPS shipping).

On my g23 i have blacked out the rear and added a red Hi-viz front(fiber optic). It was only $12 off ebay and this set-up works for me. I finish in the top of most combat competitions I enter locally. The hi-viz sight is not the highest quality mind you but for the price it came with several other sizes and in yellow as well. And it is very visible in good light conditions.

Thanks. I'll check out Hi-Viz, too, while I'm at it. Appreciate hearing about your experience. I imagine your match scores are more about your ability than which sights you use.
