Could this ever become a reality?

    I'd buy one if available.

If you would like to add a long slide to your G21 frame, Bar-Sto has one for about $1,000.00.

I'd go for it. The Glock, not the Bar-Sto!!! Got the 34 & 35, why not a 21L (for lack of a proper #). A LS 20, too, while they're at it!!

Don't hold your breath. The G34 is only 0.55 inches longer than a G21, and just fits into the USPA/IPSC/IDPA "Box." Glock will not be making any more pistols too large for the "box," and I do not expect them to re-tool to make a slide only 0.55 inches longer than presently available. If you will note the specs on 9mm pistols, the size increment is about 0.75 inches.

Now if you want the benefit of the increased sight radius and other features of a G34 on your G21, add the following:

    1. factory extended slide stop lever.

    2. Bo-Mar adjustable sights--they overhang the rear, increasing sight radius.

    3. longer Bar-Sto barrel

    4. Glockmeister or T.H.E. Accessories extended mag release.

    5. Factory 3.5# connector.
