    OMB states that some of the magazines they sell are marked "Restricted LE Only". Are these legal for civilians to own, and if not, will OMB ship regular magazines upon request?

    Yes they're fine if you state can have reg. mags ..... Do you have a ban in you state, if not go get them .

    That stamping refers to a Clinton law that is no longer in effect. I can't imagine they have too many stamped that way anyway. I ordered 4 mags for my G19 3 weeks ago from OMB and all of them were plain, no LE stamps.
