What generally happens if a person inadvertently shoots down more than one steel popper target during a single string?

Will the Range Officer reset one or two of the popper targets before the shooter continues with the remaining strings, inaddition to giving the shooter a +10 penalty?

You take a 10 second procedural and then a miss on the string where the popper is already down.

If the Popper is needed for a subsequent string, you get a 10 second procedural and they are supposed to reset the target. If it is still standing because it was missed on a previous string, there is no penalty and they just move on.
