Glock customer service

    I took a Glock armorers class at FS. Had my gen2 G20 (first semiauto 1991) and gen3 G20SF ,Instructor said there was not enough contact between sear and firing pin (gen2) not safe and should send it to Glock.Also several other upgrades sense 1991. I sent it in and in 11 days I got it back no charge. They changed every part there is other than the slide ,barrel and frame.Great customer service for a 21 year old gun. :cool:

    It is nice to hear about success stories. We most often are inclined to share complaints and bad news, so it was refreshing to read your post.

    It sounds like your G20 gen 2 is good to go for a while. Gotta like that!
