    Glock Customer Service...

I recently called Glock customer service to see if my G27 qualified for the "upgrade" cough: recall. (I believe it does... #EUK***US) I got an answering service. Left my name, number and what I was calling in reference to. It's been a week... Does it usually take them this long? Am I just being impatient?

Anyone got a "better" number for me to call?

Call again on Monday and ask for the Warranty Service Department.

I'm sorry, what upgrade are you speaking of?

If you look in the "Glock Serial Number Research Project" thread
    Link:https://glocktalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=412093&highlight=serial+number

when you read the info you notice a "recall" which Glock calls an "upgrade" for the Glock 27 & 26 (there may be others, I think its limited to certain serials between 1999 & 2002) where the rear frame rails sometimes fails at a higher percentage rate than Glock would call acceptable (still lower fail rates than most other manufac.) If you own of these Glocks which match their recall, they will upgrade your receiver for free...
