I have read about people replacing the channel liner. Ok, I give up what is a channel liner and where is it on a glock?

Thanks in advance for all replies.

Its a plastic sleeve fitting friction-tight inside the slide's firing pin channel through which, the firing pin assembly passes. It rarely presents a problem therefore, equally rarely requires replacing.

thanks D. Manley, I am trying to learn all I can about my new Glock. I had seen other threads talking about replacing them, and did not know for sure what they were.
