Thanks guys for the feedback. It was in OD green, thats the reason that I wanted it, but once I saw that it was 'assembled', I had to question it. I think I'll stick with a new gen 3 in black...to be safe
I think you hit the nail on the head.. I believe thats what he meant by assembled from new parts...This was my original issue with buying the gun from the dealer as I didn't know what was covered by Glock warranty and would I get Glock perfection from an 'assembled' gun...thnxAnother possibility is that this individual bought two guns, took the frame and slide that they wanted to make one gun, and put the other frame and slide together to sell that gun. Some people like a certain slide finish, a certain frame color/texture, but they can't find all of those features in one gun. So they buy two, mix and match to get the features they want into one gun, then assemble the remainder into another gun that they sell.
