Is there a list here of Glock Armorers that frequent this site? Thanks!
Not that I know of but you can start with me. Last cert was 10/2010
Certified on 1 Sept 11...
Might be easier to start a list of who is not a Glock armorer...
To read some of these threads, you'd think everybody was.
I'm not, although I do all the work on mine. Detail strip, trigger work, etc... They are pretty simple guns.
This, only 1 day course and simple test, why not get certified?
There could be 195 reasons, though that hasn't detered billions and billions from doing so.
Good answer, the lunch and Glock tool make it a bargain though if you order a couple spare barrels and a decent size spare parts order direct from Glock it will make up the difference
Most of us who are Armorers have it listed in our tag lines. TXPO
Yup. The class was awsome. I can't wait to go again. Hodges is a great instructor. I learned more than I thought I would.
i'll be taking the class in oct.
I would not say most, just the ones that want you to know they are.

am one and proud of it
I forgot the prices went up for school, my last one was May 2011 and it was $150. I'll have to con my dept. into paying for it in 3 years when I expire. I haven't had to order parts since 2008, so I don't know if they'll justify the cost.
oh wait, I'm in charge of the range and all training now, I can approve my own schools.
