That's the address but instead of "Glock", address it to "Technical Services". A package with Glock on it is just begging to be stolen. I just had a 2nd generation 19 refurbished and that's how they told me to address the package.

Very smart idea. Thanks much. I went to Glock.com and couldn't find any address or any warranty info.

Dang - I wished they had told me that last week when I sent a 27 slide to them to be re-finished. This info is good to know for the future.

Good luck to everyone, I never had a problem with Fedex shipping stuff to Glock.
    Enjoy.

+1 on not including manufactures name in address. I shipped literally 100s of guns when I worked at a gun shop years ago and as someone said above a return authorization # can be critical, some will refuse package without it. Also include a detailed letter describing what you want done, how to reach you if any estimates are involved and so on. Who opens your box may know nothing of any previous phone conservations.

Where I worked was an authorized warranty station for 6-8 mfgs. and we got all kinds of stuff in. Guns with no explanation of problem, basket cases.......

I should call Glock myself, have a genII mod 21 with bad holster burn (leo gun)
