Glock 6 inch barrel for g20

    Just got the aforementioned barrel in the mail, anybody have an idea what kind of increase in velocity I would achieve w/ this big fella? ;P

    Thanks man, one more question for you guys, anyone know the mathematical formula to determine muzzle energy?

    This may not matter much on a dead thread, but energy is mass times velocity squared. Gotta multiply the above by bullet mass, probably in "grains".

    The other point to note is that the magic number 450400 is calibrated to a specific system of units and will only work within that system. Meaning velocity must be in ft/s and mass must be in grains. (if that is indeed what the magic number is calibrated for) Using m/s or grams, or wanting energy in Joules instead of ft lbf will change the magic number.
