If you wanted to suppress your g43 here ya go. 1/2x28 thread, but doesn't say L or H. I'd like to see a video of someone suppressing their g43.

Listed at$159.95, It is $123 at budsgunshop.

Neither of my two 9 mm suppressors will work on this barrel, they are both threaded M13.5x1LH.
Plus, I don't see a need to suppress a pistol as small as the G43.

Doesn't adding a suppressor kind of defeat the purpose of this gun?

Sure does but there are those who will just have to try it.
Both of my suppressors are longer than the G43!

Of course it does, like putting a supressor on a ppk,but it would still be fun to try out!

Okay call me crazy but I decided to buy the American Tactical Match Grade Threaded barrel for my G43. I realize the G43 is a sub-comapact carry gun but I thought I would be fun to occasionally shoot it with a suppressor while using the stock barrel for concealed carry. Also it will be interesting to see if the threaded barrel is any more accurate when shooting without the suppressor as it about 1/2 inch longer. I'll let you know.

I guess as an experiment for fun it makes a lot of sense.

Nice set up! Post a video and pics. I think shooting suppressed helps shooters, especially novice shooters, focus on basics because you don't flinch from the flash and bang.

I won't call you crazy, Cremaley, because I'm currently stuck with 700 rounds of 125 grain lead reloads that I don't dare shoot though my G43 stock barrel, so for that reason alone it might be a good investment ... the suppressor I could add later.

So I went to the range today with my new American Tactical Match Grade Threaded barrel installed in my G43. I don't have my own suppressor so I borrowed one from my local gun shop. It was definitely a hoot to shoot. You have get use not being able to see the sights over the suppressor but its not that difficult. I also shot without the suppressor and found the G43 to be even more accurate probably due to the match barrel being about 1/2 inch longer.

Nice, thanks for the range report. The sights on my p30 are lower than my TI-rant. However, my girlfriend is more accurate and consistent with the suppressor attached bc she doesn't flinch.

Well, while some of you think suppressing a 43 is kinda not the right thing to do, but consider this-my wife has very small hands, and the 43 is the size pistol she can shoot, so it will be her HD firearm, so subs and suppressed is the way to go for her 43, along with a CT laser

I've always been intrigued by suppressed pistols and if you dedicate yourself to ONE gun, like I've done with the G43 platform (two copies), why not add the ultimate accessory? It seems like the subsonic 147 grain loads are popular with 9mm these days, so why not load up with Federal HST 147 hollow points and enjoy some quiet shooting? Certainly would be handy on varmints in populated places :)

In the movies, they always carry the pistol and suppressor un-mated. They assemble them when ready for action... 'cause, yes, the combo makes for a LONG setup and harder to hide... even in the movies. You can hide the combo wrapped with a coat or a newspaper! :D

Wouldn't the ULTIMATE be a G43 that is both SUPPRESSED and PORTED??? :)
