I’m new to GLOCK TALK and I hope this isn’t a repeat question.

I already own a G19, G42, G22 and this past weekend a G43. Today I put my first 200 rounds through the new G43. It performed as expected, just like my others, flawlessly. I did noticed something I have never seen on any of my other GLOCKs. There is a trace of brass on the slide (45 degree ejection area). It’s not the copper grease, this is a lighter color.

Have any of you seen or heard of this ? Thanks for reading my question.

I have a 43 and my wife has a 43 and neither have ever had brass trace on the slides.
I typically use Federal or Winchester brass cased practice ammo, and Hornady Critical Duty self defense ammo.
