Driver error.
200 rounds in a year? That's what you should be shooting in one session.
Sounds like LIMP WRISTING to me.
The 36 is not like the other Glocks.
Driver error.I have had my G36 now for almost a year and each time its been to the range, the bad boy stove pipes and has FTF problems. The pistol is well maintained and lubed, but not to the point that is soaking. It has about 200 rounds through it at this point. I have a few other Glocks and have never had a problem with them at all. Anybody have an Idea as to what might be the cause? I was thinking the single stack mag might be the culprit.
Agreed..Send it back to Glock and have them take care of it..Theres no special way of shooting a 36 over any other .45.Glock Inc had trouble with this model from the get-go.
You will get mant fixes here.
However, you would do well to contact Glock direct.
Get it fixed or exchanged and sell it.
Why?
You will never trust it again.

If I had a dollar for every lame "limp wrist" comment I've seen here in GT about the G36, I could go buy myself another G36. Which would be cool, because my G36 is on its second trip to the factory this year for the same problem. I've had it less than 30 days total in 2009.Driver error.

Not limp wristing, trust me. I was a Marine Corps Marksmanship Instructor. Most of my time at the range is spent firing other weapons, not just the G36. I'm no stranger to the caliber. But man, this one has been a dog from day one.Driver error.

Try and get a standard 30 due to the issues with the SF models..I know there are folks that have had good luck with some of the 30SF's but I'd still go with the standard.I'm thinking of trading it back in and getting a 30 instead.
Thoughts?

What sort of problems are happening with the SF's? I have smaller hands and the Short Frame sounded appealing.Try and get a standard 30 due to the issues with the SF models..I know there are folks that have had good luck with some of the 30SF's but I'd still go with the standard.
