    Ladies and Gentlemen,

Got a question, I am sure that those of you lucky people who own a G36 have put Mag extensions on those little 6-rd Mags. But which ones do you have? And do I really have to put in the "stronger springs" in for it to function properly? I just got a G36 a few weeks ago and love it, not as much as my G21, but close. Any help or advise would be great. I am leaning towards the Preice (sp) extensions without the "stronger spring".

    Thanks for your time,

    Alex/ El Toro Loco

The G36 mag spring is designed for the stock tube. Many have experienced problems when adding the Pearce +1 base. Wolff extra power springs seem to solve the problem. Adding the Pearce base seems to offset any concealibility advantage offered by the G36. I would prefer a 5-round mag for added concealability.

I'd "just as soon" a Colt Agent or Cobra!

I like my 6 rounders just fine.

A 5 wouldn't give me enough to hang on to.

I currently have 7 mags for the G36.I did have problems with two of them when the factory springs were installed with the pearce +1 on.
Ever since the 10% powersprings were installed I have not had any problems.Upgrade to be on the safe side, because it is better to be safe than sorry.Make sure all the rounds you insert are set to the back of mag snug.

    CHEERS! ;c ;c ;c

The G36 came with 4 mags, so I plan on leaving 2 OEM and modifying the other 2. Please keep the advise coming, but so far looks like I will be ordering up a pair of springs to go along with the +1's.
