How does the GLOCK 35 compare to the GLOCK 24C?
It doesn't. The G24C is one sweet shooting, fantastic Glock, the favorite of my collection. I know of no stock Glock that is more fun to shoot. Downside is that the G24C is too long for competing in some pistol sports.
G24C's are hard to come by. If you can't get one, then a G35 with a Lonewolf ported barrel is the next best bet.
I know where a 24C is in the Central Illinois area is if anyone is interested.
Ditto on the 24C, DannyR. The 24C is my favorite Glock as well and I have a 35 again after just letting one go a few weeks back. My 24C is fun as hell to shoot and will out shoot my 35. One thing I just don't understand is why Glock doesn't make a 35C.
It might be difficult to ship a pistol from the USA to the Philippene Islands, where JMY lives.
Well I guess I'm the odd guy out here because I have a G24C and it isn't my favorite so I'm selling it.
This is a very timely for me.
I don't mean to change the direction of this thread, but I'm trying to decide on a fun and accurate target/range gun. Right now, I'm considering the Glock 34, Glock 35, Glock 24/24C and maybe a Glock 17L. I can get G34s & G35s for around $550. Ammunition costs are irrelevant since I reload my own.
Any guidance at all would be appreciated and it may help others, as well.
The nost accurate of all were the f1rst 1,000 G17L's, Gen 1 frames, imported to the USA, serial numbers DA001 through DA999.
I've shot both a Gen2 G24 and a Gen3 G35. Both are great, neither is comp'd. The 24 isn't IDPA legal, although you may be able to use it at the local level. Either should do well. ;c
