Pulled back a target from 50 feet yesterday.
5 Rounds of 115 grain Wal-Mart Winchester 9mm, shot from a standard Glock 34, two handed hold, standing.
    1 and 1/8 inches.

And some people say Glocks are not accurate? ;i

    Wow. Really.

I'm about to buy a 34, unless someone advises me to take my business elsewhere. I'm shopping for the most accurate 9 mm in that price range ($550 to $650 new), and Glock seems to be among the best.

Now, I'd like to find a decent red dot sight and mount...any suggestions?

    My eyes aren't so young.

    Sean,

I highly recommend a G34. If you do your part, the 34 will not disappoint. It's probably not much more mechanically accurate than other similar pistols on the market, however, there are certain things about it that can allow the shooter to be more accurate (longer sight radius, 3.5lb trigger pull, etc...) Get one, you'll be happy you did. I wouldn't trade my 34 for anything....well, almost anything. ;f

I bought a G34 last September and promptly put a set of Dawson Precision adjustable fiber optic sights on it (with the narrow front) and have been amazed at how well it shoots, and how much fun it is to shoot. If one likes to chew the center of out bullseye targets, the G34 is one of the best for the job! ;?
