Can the Glock 30 (.45ACP) handle full time shooting of nothing but Federal 230 grain HST +P ammunition?

Glock 30, issued to San Bernardino detectives and others who preferred something smaller than the Glock 21, worked fine when the agency issued 230 grain +P Winchester. LAPD SIS issues the smaller-slide Glock 30S with, last I heard, 230 grain +P and I'm unaware of any complaints. The G30 is a rugged little beast: if you can handle the snappier recoil, go for it.
