The G26. I had one. My buddy carried a G19. He has a holster that fits the G26 or G19 for concealed carry. He tried my G26 for a day and demanded I sell it to him. I traded it to him for a blue label G23. The G26 would be much more comfortable to carry than the G30 IMO as it is around the size of a G19.

Best solution would be to buy the one you want and carry it. If it works out...great if not buy the other and have some versatility. Snow days are coming.

And remember the 9 is Fine! Gold Dot 9mm loadings rock! I myself like the XTP but I'm biased because I favor the accuracy of the round over absolute expansion...

Maybe I put more than my 2 cents in but this is a topic that has been way overdone yet I still enjoy it...like caliber debates...of which this kinda is too! I like these threads because they make people question their beliefs...always a good thang!

So if you have both. Then I bet sometimes you will wanna carry that big ol' .45! Most of the time though that G26 with ten rounds of your favorite HP will feel mighty comfortable...

Dang I need to get my carry license!

I would pick the 30 for the bigger hit...and I would pick the 26 because you have more mag options and cheaper ammo for the fun times at the range.

Both are good guns and really close to the same size and easy to conceal. Get both and rotate them.

And then go get a 20.

For me the G26 is easier to carry than the G30.

I have both.

After owning and carrying a G30 for a few years, I got a deal on a LNIB G26 with a half dozen extra mags two years ago and it has replaced my G26 in the carry-lineup.

The G30 now is a my nightstand gun, 13+1 and a light.

The G26 conceals better, is thinner and lighter and I carry it 12+1 in a Crossbreed SuperTuck and it is still lighter than the G30 in the came holster.

I wouldn't sell either, but I carry the G26 far more.

I'd pick the G26 over the G30.

Get the 26, I think that quality 9mm carry ammo is as effective as any caliber that you can carry.

30sf love mine cc easy even with a cheap iwb holster
Same here, my 30SF rides with me 95% of the time in a Nick Matthews IWB holster and a 9 round Glock magazine. When I need additional concealment I carry a G26 in a Brommeland Max-Con V IWB holster. If given a choice between the two I would have to go with the G30SF.

I also have a couple of High Noon Holsters and rate them very highly.
