Glock 30 is a pain when the mag is fully loaded. Once you get the mag in(you have to smack the hell out of it), it's pretty hard to rack the slide. The mags have been sitting loaded for a long time & don't loosen up. When you only have 9 in the mag it works fine. Any suggestions?

Mine was the same way. It will loosen up. I carried 9 for a while and then the 10th one started going in no problem.

Mine are all the same way as well. They will loosen up over time. One thing you can do is load and unload the magazines. Likewise you can put a full ten rounds into the magazine, lock the slide forward on your pistol, and continuously insert and remove the magazine. The latter is what I did to get mine to start inserting easily.

Lock the slide back, insert mag fully, slingshot the slide and let it go home. Problem solved. The mags will loosen up over time.
