I know the Glock 30 was made for concealed carry, but what about the people like me who use it for home defense? Attaching a tactical light is out of the question because the Glock 30 has no rails. The SureFire P101 broke on me after only 10 rounds! Does anybody know of any place like Robars or similar that does custom rail work? What other options do I have for a tactical light?

im in the same situation with my Glock 26. so far the only light i use with it is a 4-cell maglight. just hold it like the cops do. cons of this is only one hand for operation of the Glock. pros it can be used as a less than lethal club :)

I carry my 30 and use it for HD. Surefire E2E in the offhand, neck index position.

Your Surefire bulb popping after only 10 rounds is ODD. Get them to replace it.

A hand light is better for searching anyways, and it's fairly effective for shooting from the neck index or Harries position (I've done night shoots).
