I was at my local gun shop the other day and I saw some new 11 round Glock 27 mags with Glock extended base plates.Does anyone know if Glock makes these for the model 29 10mm?It would be great to have some 11 round mags for the G29!

I just got G20 mags and two extensions (sleeve). Night time stays in the night stand with 15 rds, and by day it becomes 10 rd SUPER CARRY!! (no extensions). ;)

Yeah you can put aftermarket +2 extensions on G29 mags, but I was wondering if Glock makes factory extensions or complete 11 round mags like the G27s. Well I guess if they made them McNett would be selling them. ^8

I do not believe Glock makes a +2 for the 10mm, only after market.

I have tried the aftermarkets on my Glock 29 mags and I did not like them.

I also tried the base plate from a Glock 30 mag on a Glock 29 mag thinking it may allow one extra round, but it didn't work.

Oh well, maybe with the band lifting Glock will feel there is a market for a +1 or +2 for the 10mm and 45ACP.

I can put 11 rounds in the stock mag's. Try it, it work's. If you can't get #11 in, put the round down on the kitchen counter top, hold it in place and force the mag onto it, upside down of course as you move the mag forwards over the rd. I have only tried this with Pearce +0 extensions but it would work with the stock base as well; same inner capacity. My mag's hold the slide open after draining every mag.

    9 .45 rds. = 103.5
    11 10mm rds. = 111

Not to mention less air space, gap, whatever between rds.

Why worry or spend extra money when you can carry your G20 mags as backup for your G29 and have 15 round backups?

    ;) ;z
