The issues I am having is that I have had my rounds jam up and when the rounds due inject they hit me in the head. I did notice that the trigger housing with ejector was bent. Could this cause the malfunction? thank you

The ejector is supposed to be bent!

What do you mean when you say the rounds jam up? Do you get a Failure to Eject?

    What ammo are you using?

How are you holding the gun?

Getting hit in the head with the brass isn't terribly uncommon.

    The ejector should be bent.

Kind of makes me wonder. You knew about ejection problems but didn't know that the ejector is supposed to be bent. New shooter? Where are these rounds being injected? :faint:

How many rounds have you fired and what brand ammo you using. Are you locking your wrists when you shoot ? Follow through after the shot with your wrist locked. Beware of wimp wristing. Clean and re-oil.

Yes failure to eject with Federal and UMC. I have about 500 round through the weapon, and every magazine will have one or two rounds jam. I do not think it is the way I am holding the weapon. I have not had any problems with my 23 and 27 Gen 4 on the way I hold the weapon. Sometimes they will eject fone to the side and once they start to hit me the next round will fale to eject. Yes I am new to Glocks but have been firing weapons for the last 30 years in the military.
