I do believe it was a rumor I overheard but I thought I would at least ask where I know I can get the truth!

Has anyone heard anything about Glock making .22 long rifle pistol?

I know there are conversion kits for several existing models but I am talking about a Glock made specifically in .22 long rifle. I assume it would be to Glock what the Mosquito is to Sig Sauer.

If this is only a rumor ..... Pooh!

But what about it Glock? Here is an idea to investigate. I can guarantee you would sell 1 (to me). IF possible could it be a high capacity model?

So what has anyone else heard?

    Thanks folks,

It's a rumor and I honestly don't see Glock doing it. Their bread and butter business is mainstream LE and civilian defensive handguns, and I don't see them straying from that. The only reason they make .380 pistols(which can't be imported here because of the ATF) is for countries that don't allow civilians to own "military caliber" guns.(anything with more power than a .38 special generally)
