I'm going to get a LWD 9mm conversion barrel for my Glock 22 to shoot cheaper 9mm ammo in it. One question I have is how reliable are these conversions? As far as I know I can just get a 40-to-9mm conversion barrel and Glock 17 mag and it will work. Is there anything else I should do to make it more reliable as 9mm? Should I change out the ejector to one from 9mm? How about the recoil spring? Anything else?

I have a 9mm conversion barrel for my G22 and G35 each. I have 1k rounds through each and both have been very reliable. They have both cycled everything I have put through them (mostly reloads,) without doing anything besides using the correct mags. Good Luck!
