Since you haven't received a reply, I'm gonna take a stab and say the answer is no. I've seen the JP sights on AR15s/M16s but not on Glocks. It could be the lack of an adapter issue or instability after installation. I have seen a few Glocks with Docter Optics on them and they do look nice.

i've seen jpoints on 17/22's and 34/35's. you can have them flush mounted by someone or there is a "glock" mount that goes in the rear sight dovetail. i've never seen one on a g21 and don't know if the glock mount fits in the dovetail.

well... ive talked to the guy at JP enterprizes, and was told that the sight mounts via an adapter or they machine the sight into the top of the slide, and the sight blocks the iron sights. The adapter uses the dovetail. They couldnt tell me if the sight would work in holsters.

They also said that the sight lasts about 2 months, then u have to replace the batteries. the sight uses ambient light, and adjusts automatically with light conditions.

Im thinking about getting one and having it machined into my G21. If i do, i will see if i can get it mounted in front of a heinie rear sight. i think those are tall enough that u can use the iron sight if optic goes dead.

Adapter replaces your stock rear sights,.. so its reversable if you dont like it...

'melt' treatment mills out the factory cut that holds your rear sight, and mills out that entire section for the sight to drop into the frame... there is no reversing this operation, or going back to original sights..

with that in mind, i had an adapter mounted optima many years ago, and sold the entire deal... I am about to melt in a docter into a g35 upper, as soon as i decide who to do it, and get the $$ squared away
